Team Training or Team Growth Day

The training day will run from 9.30 to approximately 4pm and is set around these five pillars; The Patient Value, Show Business, Core Values, Balance and Working As A Team. This day can also be customised to get the best for your individual team.

One Off Practice Site Visit

I will visit the practice and learn more about the business and the team. This can be with as many members of the team as you would like and we will discuss your aspirations and goals, as well as the issues and obstacles you are currently facing. It is a four-hour visit - between 9.30am - 1.30pm - and will be followed up with a bespoke action plan and any required information or documents from my toolkit.

Practice Manager Programme

This is a new package which I have put together to work directly with Practice Owners and their Practice Managers. We will work through a specific training programme which I have written for Practice Managers to help them become a dynamic and forward-thinking leader within the practice.

The package consists of monthly zoom calls, as well as one site visit to see the practice and work with your practice manager, where they will receive one-to-one coaching with me.

Alongside this, you will all have access to my full toolkit of documents and templates and I will set up a WhatsApp group with you and your PM so that you are able to email, message or call as and when you need.

Bespoke Consultancy

This is a bespoke package that includes a monthly zoom call - which can be with you, your PM and/or any of your team. This is approximately a one-hour call, but can be up to 1.5 hours, where we discuss the challenges in practice and work through any management issues you might have, as well as strategic planning for the business. Alongside the practice visits and zoom calls, you will all have access to my full toolkit of documents and templates.

Recruitment Support

This includes a 30 minute zoom call to discuss recruitment aims and direction followed by access to my job adverts and job description toolkit documents. I will then review your short-list applicants and once you have selected a potential candidate I will hold a zoom interview with feedback notes. If requested, I can also join any interview panels remotely.

Ad hoc Zoom Call Support

These are zoom calls which usually last between 1.5/2hours. This is only available following a site visit or team training day.

All costs are inclusive of VAT, but for the practice visit there will be additional travel costs, but these will be kept to a reasonable minimum.
